Club Night - Broadhaven 1st July 2017

Meet at:Broadhaven - Galleon Car park Meeting time: 7 pm
Briefing and Launch time:7.15pm (*Please note that it will be at the discretion of the trip leader as to whether or not any member who has not signed up and not attended the safety briefing is allowed to participate in this trip.)
Estimated Duration: approx 1.5 hrs
Outline plan: For those that have not done any surfing or moving water it will be a good chance to mess abount in the shallows and get some practice bracing. For the more experienced have a play in the messy waves a bit further out. Conditions not going to be ideal but who won't enjoy getting a bit wet ! If you are not sure of suitability ask.
Expected condtions: Strong winds forecast not suitable for a sea paddle. We will try a mess about in the surf at Broadhaven. Strongish on shore breeze will make surf a bit messy. Sign up and indicate if you need kit and try to meet me at container for 18:30 if possible. Recommend shorter boats.
