Briefing and Launch time:7.15pm (*Please note that it will be at the discretion of the trip leader as to whether or not any member who has not signed up and not attended the safety briefing is allowed to participate in this trip.)
Estimated Duration: 2hrs
Outline plan: The plan is to split into groups, some doing sea kayak skills, some going for a paddle and exploring the coastline. There will be an opportunity to practice rolls and rescues towards the end of the evening in the bay for those that want to. If you need any kit then please specify when signing up and meet at the container at 6.30pm.
Expected condtions: Wind NNW F3-4,swell 0.8m (slight) @5sec sunny spells and cloudy 12 degrees, MHLW 16.25 MHHW 22.34 4M range.
