Outline plan: We will head towards pwllgwaelod. We will tuck into the coast to try and get shelter from the wind.Aim to get to pwllgwaelod for lunch. Bring lunch and a warm drink. WATCH WEBSITE IN CASE WEATHER DETERIORATION CAUSES AMENDMENT.
Expected condtions: Brisk southerly wind, expect some swell.Spring tide.High tide at Fishguard around 8.40. Approx 7miles.
